How we go about placing candidates

 

Networking. Through years of networking, we come to know many, many people in the real estate and construction fields. When they want to make a move, or know someone who does, they often volunteer the information. They know us, and trust us, with this information.

 

Creative researching. We recently had an assignment from a client, where we needed to come up with first-rate candidates fast. At the suggestion of a colleague, we phoned general counsels in the outstate area where our client was situated. One of these experienced attorneys told us of a connection who had moved out of the area a few years ago and who now, he understood, wanted to return. We lured back this candidate … and set him up with a very strong regional real estate firm.
